  3. Keep a revision history

    Would really like to know any CRUD Ops during collaborations

  5. Have the ability to mark sections of code so that it cannot be deleted

  6. Claim a codeshare

    My friend and I have a codeshare we use in college often when we work on projects together. I'd like to claim this codeshare as my own and perhaps put a password lock on it. A way to prevent people from hoarding codeshares would be to only allow users who are active/have been registered for a certain amount of time claim a codeshare, and once per account.

  7. Lock my Code

    A option to lock the codepad, updating it to read-only. It could also have a sidebar for user comments/shouts.

  9. add a more reasonable control f

    the ctrl-f currently only looks one instance down in the code. Would be better if the ctrl-f works more like it does in word processing documents (aka high lights all and has a next buton).

    Add a password option to the Settings menu to prevent public access to code. If code could be kept private it would allow us to use it for much more.

  14. Tab button behavior

    I really hate to press space 4 times instead of pressing tab.
    If I project uses '4 spaces, no tab' style? Using codeshare.io is a pain in the ass!

    Could you describe the privacy policy somewhere? It would also be nice to have some kind of password protected Codeshare, as some code might be proprietary.

  16. Add feature to save codeshare links in my account for easy access

    user should be able to save codeshare links in their accounts, so that they can access it later, rather than having to search for it later.

  17. Disable auto completion

    Completing quotes, brackets, parentheses, etc. is far too confusing for the people I talk to with Codeshare.

    When I type, " , I don't want "" to be the result. It's maddening.

  20. Manual saving

    Add a manual save option as well as an indicator, i can't tell you how many times I've lost progress because I close out and it wasn't saved
